How it all started...
I begain baking as a teenager and always found it a form of therapy. Whenever I was down, whipping up a chocolate sponge cake or a batch of fairy cakes would always brighten the day.
I continued to bake for friends and family through college and university, and for my colleagues at work after graduation.
Sugarcraft and cake decorating came later, in 2009, and that is when my passion for cakes and cupcakes rocketed. I love making beautiful cakes and seeing the delight that they bring to others.
I now have a daughter, and she is a huge source of inspiration for me and I can't wait to start creating cakes that she will love.
Although I specialise in celebration cakes and cupcakes, I have a passion for all forms of baking, pastry in particular, and will take orders for desserts, biscuits, pastries and pies.
I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild, insured, food hygeine (level 2) certified, and registered with the Environmental Heath Office.
